The Farewell bureau will open its doors at Skogen in Gothenburg on Monday, November 21, and for three afternoons we welcome anyone who wants to meet with a farewell advisor to plan a ceremony, or get more information about the work and role of the Farewell bureau in society.

Monday 21/11 and Wednesday 23/11 between 15 and 18 we accept appointments for 1-5 people. In total there are only 12 bookable times, so please book as soon as possible by sending an email to info@arsmoriendi.se

Tuesday 22/11 we are open for drop-in visits between 15 and 19 and then everyone who wants to meet us is welcome!

On Thursday, November 24, Ars Moriendi, in collaboration with the Church of Sweden, will arrange a final public farewell to growth. Read more about the event here.

This solemn farewell ceremony takes place at Carl Johan’s church in Majorna at 18:00 in the presence of relatives, other mourners and everyone else concerned. The farewell is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend the ceremony without prior notice.

After the farewell ceremony, a memorial service will be held in Carl Johan’s parish home. The memorial gathering is also open to everyone interested, but requires pre-registration in the form of RSVP at Skogen.pm.
